before we start.
Do we need to change our property management software?
No. The pilot is an external rental marketplace. Your team keeps its existing management system; we work with you on an appropriate inventory export or feed.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Your approximate portfolio size, markets, management system, current listing channels, and the best leasing contact. An available-unit export is helpful when you’re ready.
Are tour requests automatically confirmed appointments?
No. Renters choose a preferred day and time, and your leasing team follows up to confirm. Requests and their outcomes can be tracked in the dashboard.
Can we pay to move above other listings?
No. Sponsored placements are not mixed into organic search results. Renters see homes according to their search and chosen sort order.
